Description of Service
Patrins provides encrypted file hosting and sharing services. We offer:
- 8 GB of permanent storage for registered users
- Temporary file hosting (7 days) for all users
- Zero-knowledge encryption for file privacy
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use Patrins to:
- Upload or share illegal content
- Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Share content that exploits minors
- Harass, abuse, or harm others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Content Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you upload. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to store and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
Storage Limits
- Free accounts: 8 GB permanent storage
- Temporary uploads: Up to 50 GB per file (auto-deleted after 7 days)
- Exceeding limits may result in restricted upload capabilities
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data may be deleted without notice.
Disclaimer
Patrins is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that files will be preserved indefinitely.
Limitation of Liability
Patrins shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including data loss.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
